Dr. Layne Norton created the PHAT (Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training). We created the Shatner. Shatner combines an upper lower split strength program with a push pull legs hypertrophy program. If you have run the PPL Plus or Gran Moreno and thought, "I wish I could make this even harder," then you have come to the right place. The Shatner is a bruiser of a program not to be taken lightly.


The Shatner training program includes a 1RM calculator, a TDEE/Body Composition/Macros calculator, scaling instructions, form references for every exercise, and warmup and cooldown suggestions.
