By incorporating two additional lifts per day, the FB Plus is the perfect step up from the Full Body program. Each training day starts with a low rep, high set count strength-building compound exercise and tappers to work the entire body with hypertrophy-focused rep schemes utilizing free weights and machines.

The FB Plus training program includes a 1RM calculator, a TDEE/Body Composition/Macros calculator, scaling instructions, form references for every exercise, and warmup and cooldown suggestions.
