Are Peptides Legal?

Short answer, No.

Peptides that are used for muscle growth or bodybuilding purposes typically fall under the category of "performance-enhancing drugs" and are subject to regulations or restrictions.

Peptides that are legally available in the United States typically fall under the category of "dietary supplements." These are generally considered safe and legal for use.

It's important to ensure that the specific peptide you are considering is not on the list of banned substances issued by organizations such as the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) or the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).

Any source within the United States willing to sell you peptides that are listed on the WADA or USADA banned substances lists without proof of a medical condition or credentials showing you have the approval to run scientific studies on peptides, should be considered an illegitimate source.

Attached below is the most recent list made available by the USADA. Check pages 7 and 8.
