Gran Moreno is a four-day per week upper lower split powerbuilding program named after the first Lift League athlete. The Gran Moreno training block schedules lower body training on Monday and again on Thursday each week, with upper body work on Tuesday and Friday. This well-balanced program trades volume for intensity and uses 60 second rest times between all exercises. Be ready to put some pop in your lifts.

The Gran Moreno training log includes a 1RM calculator, a TDEE/Body Composition/Macros calculator, scaling instructions, form references for every exercise, and warmup and cooldown suggestions.
